Delivery

If ordering through the website, once payment has cleared we aim to have the item delivered within 7 working days using Royal Mail First Class. If you require delivery sooner please contact us directly and this can be arranged.

For 'What Mother Made' handmade clothing, items will be delivered within 14 workng days or sooner as most pieces are made to order, again please contact Charlotte directly if required sooner.

Payment

Payment can be made securely through Paypal on the website, we can also take card payment over the phone. If you would prefer to pay by card over the phone or cheque in the post, please contact Charlotte directly on 07817893416.

Items will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason simply telephone or email, however this must be done within 2 days of placing the order.

Returns Policy

Should you not be completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer an exchange for goods of the same value. The items most be returned to us within 14 days of receipt in it's original condition and packaging. Please note you will be required to arrange and pay for the postage costs of the returned item.

Only once the item has been received by us and inspected to ensure it is in it's original condition that we will authorise an exchange.

If purchasing items that are stated as vintage please be aware that these may show signs of wear. All vintage items cannot be exchanged.

General Information

Pituc are a small concern and on all occasions we will endeavour that you are completely satisfied with our product and service.

Prices are valid as stated on our website and we reserve the right to alter these at any time. We also reserve the right to alter any design should we feel it will improve our products. Every care has been taken to describe and portray items (particularly design and colour) accurately using current imaging techniques but slight variation in actual goods may occur.

Pituc's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Pituc to the customer. Pituc shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Pituc cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions supplied with the products.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above statements.
